Rose is the founder of the Gracie Tournament series, comprising Gracie Regionals, Gracie Worlds, and Gracie Nationals. She completed a “submission-only” ruleset that eradicated points systems in 2012 and contested the way mainstream Jiu-Jitsu tournaments were run. Several occasions with matching rules were born after that invention such as the Eddie Bravo Invitational (EBI), and Metamoris. Gracie operates alongside renowned members of the fighting community like Renato “Babalu” Sobral, Eddie Bravo, and Cris Cyborg.
