Kylie grew up in Flower Mound, where she showed a passion for the broadcast meteorologists that she watched during severe weather outbreaks. She would be glued to the TV, with a weather radio in hand, simply in point they lost power. She made sure that her parents and siblings understood the intense weather safety plan, even if the forecast called for a slight chance of rain.

You can her catch on Good Day Saturday and Good Day Sunday as the weekend morning meteorologist…bright and early! Oklahoma is the severe weather hub of the United States. She was lucky enough to learn how to forecast under extreme weather circumstances! Her first job in May of 2017 brought her to Waco, Texas where she worked as the weekend morning meteorologist. Less than two months after beginning her job, Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas coast.

When the outer bands vacuumed across central Texas, she was thrown into the fire…covering numerous tornado warnings and overnight flooding threats for our southeastern counties.  She was also able to experience “Texas” ice storms while in Waco, and allowed not to forget the severe weather season! Waco was an amazing place to begin her career. Fast forward a little over a year, and in the Fall of 2018, she accepted a job at Fox 4 and was able to call Dallas her home…again!
