Juliana developed a passion for the performing arts. When she was three years old, she went to the Cirque du Soleil tent and was fascinated with the leotards, mimes, and, most notably, the limelight. She graduated with a degree in Theatre from the University of Southern California where she played roles, such as Rabbi Isador Chemelwitz” in Tony Kushner’s “Angels in America”, “Boquicia” in the original musical, “Invasion!”, and “Elizabeth Proctor” in the faculty major-stage production of “The Crucible”.

Furthermore, during her time at USC, she composed and performed an hour-long, one-woman show entitled, “Pieces”, about her compulsion to hoarding relics from her childhood home in the trunk of her car.  Her position in CTG’s 2004 production of “Dead End” honored the fulfillment of a long-standing dream to act on the glorious Ahmanson stage in “Downtown”.
